How I totally eradicated my back pain and why it hasn’t come back….
The fact is I fractured my spine 15 years ago in a horse riding accident. I was left with a permanent lower back injury ( in the lumbar and sacral regions) which left in me chronic pain. For 8 years I lived with excruciating pain day in and day out. I couldn’t work or lift anything (even my young children). I had to do every single little thing in slow motion, it sometimes took me 10 or 15 minutes just to be able to get out of bed in the morning and bending, even a little way, was absolutely impossible. What’s more I ended up walking with crutches, not a pleasant life for a twenty something. I couldn’t see how I was going to be able to get rid of the constant, never ending pain. PLUS I also didn’t know how I was going to be able to carry on living with such excruciating pain day in and day out.

Oddly enough I resisted using magnets in the beginning. I
